I had an odd situation where my detached garage door was broken - inoperable and unopenable - and I do not have a side/service door. I called Suburban Lock and they had a technician at my house within a half hour. My technician, Johnny, went above and beyond. Not only did he figure out how to use the tiny keyhole at the top of my garage door that pulls out to release the door, he then spent a good amount of time trying to help me figure out how/why the garage door was not working. He spent far more time than need be helping me - not to mention the weather was single digits. Very appreciative of Johnny, his work ethic, and Suburban Locks customer service.

In the end I went with Suburban Lock because of their professionalism, kindness, and knowledge. David did our installation and did an amazing job.
